Registered Assistant
Justin joined his father, Van Harrold, in 2006 to help grow the business. Prior to joining the team, Justin was a sales rep and a category analyst for Hormel foods. He saw an opportunity to use these skills to help clients plan for the future and decided a career change and the opportunity to move closer to family was the right decision.
Justin’s area of expertise is on the insurance side of the business. Justin specializes in insurance planning on everything from Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare and Disability. Besides his insurance licenses, Justin also holds his Series 6, 7 and 63 security licenses. Furthermore, he has obtained his CFP® certification. Justin also holds a role as Registered Assistant to help in the data gathering for both client meetings and wholesaler meetings. Justin is present in many advisor-client meetings, communicates with clients when a task needs further attention and assists with any other behind the scenes work that needs completed.
Justin holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Sales from Harding University in Searcy Arkansas. Before, he went to Harding, he got his Associate’s Degree from York College in York, Nebraska. That's where he met his wife, Donna. They have 2 children and spend most of their time following their many athletic and theatre events.
